Indian Bells: a new way of yoga practice

Having been practicing yoga for many years, I am always looking for a safe and effective way to enhance the practice. Nowadays, there are so many various things being added to yoga; however, most of them take the authenticity of the practice too far away. That’s why I was so excited to find something that allows me to fill out the gaps without penalizing on other aspects of my and my students’ practice.  Indian bells did the trick. They are light and easy on wrists; however, the distribution of the weight allows to target small musculature much more effectively. I love this new way of practicing asanas. It has been evolved in an easy, safe, and super effective manner.
